SAPAK SAS places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. Data we collect
Contact form / quote request
Name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Reseller area and SAV / RMA service (upcoming)
When this area opens: login credentials, business contact details, and — for a repair (SAV) request — information about the returned product: brand, model, serial number / IMEI, description of the fault, and the shipment tracking number.

4. Recipients
Your data is processed by authorised internal staff of SAPAK SAS. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared, only as necessary, with:
- our repair / SAV provider, to handle returned products;
- our carriers (e.g. DHL, Chronopost) for shipping and returns;
- our host and technical providers, as part of running the website;
- authorities, where required by law.
5. Retention periods
- Contact requests: up to 3 years from the last contact.
- Reseller accounts and SAV cases: for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the applicable legal periods (warranties, disputes).
- Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years, under the French Commercial Code.
- Cookie consent record: 6 months.
6. Hosting and transfers
The site is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), within the European Union. No transfer of your data outside the EU is made without appropriate safeguards.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (restricted access, secure hosting). The upcoming client area is designed to be isolated from our internal management systems, to limit data exposure in the event of an incident.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@sapak.fr (proof of identity may be requested).
